I e-mailed every BMW in Oregon and Washington, and luckily the dealership in Bend had an "allocation" open up from a customer who cancelled. Stefan Wutte, one of… the employees in Bend, e-mailed me right away, and everything since has been just plain 10/10 customer service. Stefan helped me "build" the car I wanted, gave me estimates on timing in terms of getting the car, kept me apprised of all the steps in the process, and ultimately delivered me my wonderful new ride this June. He even set me up with a "Genius" at the Bend dealership who can answer my many questions. :-) I just wish their dealership was closer to Portland! Thanks to Stefan, Chris, Ian, David, and the rest of the "team" that helped me in this quest. Our client advisor, Tyson Mairs, suggested we look at a BMW X3, which I thought was a smaller car, but it was ideal.… Throughout our testing and buying experience Tyson was very helpful and informative. He also had a great sense of humor, which made everything very relaxing. by asqualli on 10/11/2020I had an excellent experience getting my new BWM 330i xDrive from Kendall BMW of Bend. The staff were very professional from the hour I made my first call inquiring information about the vehicle to the final hour of signing all the… paperwork. Because of the ongoing wildfires that hit CA, OR, and WA, my flight was canceled. Kendall BMW of Bend reached out and offered to pay for my air ticked and accommodation as a compensation for my inconvenience. Although my flight to Bend was a late evening flight, the staff extended their hours beyond the working hours to accommodate my needs. I was also picked up from the airport upon my arrival by Max who has been extremely helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. All the paperwork was ready upon arrival for execution. The process took less than 20 min, which was amazing. The Vehicle was in the show room ready to for its new owner :) I highly recommend the BMW of Bend to any customer. The dealer also matched my rate from Bank of America to smooth the process. However, I wish they could have provided a better rate as i had an excellent credit score. That was the only one thing that was missed, but i do not think it is a big deal.Doesnt get much better

A few months ago my wife was having her car serviced and mentioned to Jeff that I was looking to trade my 2015 Audi diesel. Jeff called me right-a-way and… invited me to take a test drive. I indicated that I wasn’t ready. He followed-up several times over the next few months. I appreciated that very much because it is important to keep yourself in front of your prospect. and for the prospect to know they really want my business. There was no high pressure. We were getting to take a long road trip and the Audi needed tires before the trip so I called Jeff and set up an appointment. He is terrific and I bet the best salesman at this dealer. He is very polite, professional and knows the product inside and out. The purchase process was very streamlined and he offered me a very good turn-in value for the Audi. The Sales Manager, Christopher is also very nice and greatly assisted with the transaction. Absolutely no high pressure. The dealership has like a single garage just off the showroom where they deliver new cars. It was cold outside and I was very impressed. Jeff thoroughly went thru the entire cars systems and fully explained them. In addition he offered for me to come back as many times as I needed for re-training. Also note noteworthy is that I had done business with the Audi side of the dealership and have been overwhelmed by the courteous, the knowledge and the fair pricing of the service. by cwvandy on 01/03/2016Before Kendall purchased the VW, Porsche, BMW, Audi dealership in Bend I had purchased new BMW and a new VW tdi Jetta. Once the emissions cheating scandal came out about VW diesels, I asked Kendall what they were going to do for me as a… loyal customer. The answer was that as a loyal customer they would "make me whole The truth: they would do nothing. Absolute zero. I was willing to BUY a brand new 320 BMW if they would give me a pre-cheating scandal trade on the Jetta. No deal. They essentially told me "tough luck"...the value of your Jetta has tanked and you have to deal with the loss. They sold me the Jetta. They misrepresented its "clean diesel" qualities. They may not have know of the problem at the time, but as a dealer they should share in covering my loss of value. DO NOT SHOP HERE. If anything happens to the value of your car you will carry the full burden. They can not be trusted to protect you or keep their promises. Best and easiest car purchasing experience ever!
by Leesa777 on 09/10/2015️I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a 2009 BMW, sight unseen, from Kendall BMW of Bend. I cannot say enough good things about the entire experience. The description of the car was spot on and Trevor was amazing to work with.… Within 24 hours the car was delivered to my front door in Medford. They took exceptional care getting the car to me in a completely enclosed trailer and it was exactly what I thought I would be getting. I feel that everyone from my sales guy, Trevor, to the sales manager, George, and last but not least, Bruce, who delivered the car, went above and beyond my expectations! My only regret is that I live too far away to have Kendall tend to any service needs I may have in the future! Great job guys!Kudos to Kendall of Bend!
