So helpful!
by Marys on 02/07/2025Jenna is wonderful! I purchased a car from another dealer and I was not shown how to use a lot of features on my car. I called in the store and Jenna helped me. She told me I could stop by and she would assist me! I came in and she was so… helpful and I’m so grateful for her! I cannot wait to come back for my first service!Jenna Griffin is AMAZING and saved my day!
by Clueless75 on 12/06/2024I’m submitting this review for an employee named Jenna, who was my hero the other day. I have my first brand new car ever, and unfortunately I do fit the stereotype of the young female who doesn’t know anything about cars. The other… morning an alarm started going off in my car, and I didn’t know what the symbol meant. I started to worry… and that worry started to spiral into utter panic, so I ended up pulling into the Herzog service department in pretty much complete hysterics, imagining all the worst case scenarios, and practically begged for help. Jenna was AMAZING! She was so nice, didn’t laugh or judge me at all for not knowing what the alarm meant. She explained that my car was telling me that the tire pressure was low, and also told me that was very common when the weather changes and starts to get really cold. She assured me everything was fine, and that I just needed to add some air to the tires. She then pointed me into the direction of the service center and sent someone to help me immediately so I wouldn't be late to work. I’m so very grateful for how nice and professional she was, and felt like she went above and beyond to explain to me what was going on and to get me the help I needed. That doesn’t happen a lot these days, and it was much appreciated. Thank you Jenna for saving my day!!Avoid at all cost!!!
by Kevin Faill on 11/01/2024I had a 740am appt on Oct 28th and checked my car in at 730am to diagnose communication problems between my computer modules. Not only could their tech not find the issue, but their equiptment couldn't even pull all the codes up that my… Harbor freight code scanner was able to and told me there were no communication problems. And wanted to know what else I wanted diagnosed, so I told them the key range performance. By 430pm they had just been letting my car sit untouched all day and said they needed another day to diagnose the problem. (Via text) I responded and asked what all they've done to diagnose it, and if it had just been sitting all day, then no I would not leave it over night. I got no response to that so I called them back on that number. On the 2nd ring it was pucked up and immediately hung up, so I went in to get my car. The lady at the counter seemed unhappy that I was picking up my car and told me to wait in the waiting area while they got it ready. Shortly later she text saying that the tech was programming my ALREADY programmed key fob and couldn't stop in the middle of it so I had to wait longer. They finally said my car was ready so I paid them $241.24 for LESS information than what i gave them when I dropped the car off, and ZERO progress towards it's diagnosis. Before even starting the car is immediately hooked up my code scanner and realized that they had deleted out all codes and history out of the ECU, so I emailed the report to myself. Then 3 days later I drive my car down to Klamath falls and make it approximately 100 miles into the trip and my glow plug warm-up light starts flashing and I lose power. I pull over and run my code scanner on it and I get code P0087 "Fuel rail/system pressure too low. upper limit exceeded' popping up. I scan this car at least twice every week to see what codes come up and come back, and that code has NEVER come up before. I scanned the car the night before my appt and emailed the report to myself. There were alot of codes that had come up, and that was not one one them. I cleared the code and the power came back and the light quit flashing so I continued on my trip. It happen again after approximately 40 miles and then kept doing it any time I would give it more than about ⅓ throttle. It's obvious to me that the shop rigged my car to fail in an attempt to force me into bringing it back to them. I've heard this is fairly common with vw dealerships, but have now learned that Herzog-Meier VW is the worst in the area. Do NOT bring your car to Jerzog-Meier, because they WILL rig your car to fail!Happy

by Brown on 09/13/2023Jenna that works in services is friendly and amazing every time I service my vehicle.Lack of Quality Service and Bad Communication - No follow up
by Rob Thompson on 09/07/2023The service department will attempt to upsell you on numerous things you do not need. My car has very limited mileage and they forced me to utilize the 20K mile service as it was a timed target. Why? Because that is their policy. For a car… with less than 2K miles, they suggested tire rotation and alignment, window dressing (RainX), new wipers, Fuel additive, injection cleaning, AC performance treatment, wheel alignment, wiper blade replacement and key battery replacement. Non of these items were needed or necessary. My new car had a loose component that they stated was "probably" caused due to my usage. When I requested details on how they came to that conclusion, they passed me off to the service manager - that was unavailable and to date hasn't contacted me with additional details. Stated it was my issue and not a quality issue with the vehicle. So I have a brand new vehicle less than 2K miles on it with a broken component that I will need to pay to fix outside of the factory warranty. Service department was apologetic for the situation I was in but provided no options, guidance or personal touch. To make things even more exciting - when they returned the car to me their technician had left a 18 inch metal screwdriver in the drivers seat and marred the leather seat on the vehicle. Again service contact said "sorry" I know how frustrating this can be.. "not acceptable" I treat this vehicle with the utmost respect and treat it like my forever vehicle, always clean, safe "parked in my garage" and driven very little. only reason we brought it in was for a safety recall. As a final comment - I feel that I must bring this issue up with Volkswagen management as it is unacceptable and the dealership "to date" has not attempted to contact me.While i appreciate the fact that i was finally contacted by Ingrid and we discussed the challenges i was involved with. No actual resolution to the broken tabs on the mirror were recieved to the point i ordered the OEM part painted by another vendor for less than half the price required by the dealer. The seat issue is still being determined but using a 14 inch flat blade screw driver to remobe the cabin filter on a car with 1500 miles on it, is still unacceptable and not expected from a high quality dealership service department.
Noah and Jenna were rockstars!
by Megan on 08/09/2023Both these employees worked hard to meet the service needs of my car, even though I brought it in a bit too late. They graciously still serviced my car (when they did not have to) and had it done efficiently, before closing time. I… appreciated their helpful and friendly personalities and would 100% recommend this dealership to anyone. These employees sold me on it! Very impressed. 👍🏽Amazing!
by Anna Lang on 08/07/2023I have had nothing but great experiences with Herzog Meier. Jenna Griffin has been helping me with my car over the last couple years with it being serviced and she has always been able to give me advice and has been so friendly. Just… recently, I had an oil leak in my car and would have likely needed a loaner car. At the time, there weren't any available but I show up the day of my appointment and she was able to get me one! She is amazing and I highly recommend this place and her to anyone.Jenna is a gem!

by Sharon Z on 06/02/2023Demetrius was very amicable and passionate about helping me get the services needed on my car. I felt valued at Volvo BeavertonJenna was the BEST -- give that woman a raise and a promotion!
by anothermichelle on 05/23/2023Going to the dealership, especially the repair shop, is never something I look forward to-- or a place I leave smiling; however, this time around, Jenna made all the difference, and I can actually say I had an incredibly positive… experience. She was amazing: quick to respond, gave updates whenever they became available, managed my expectations, provided me with a loaner car when the repairs were taking longer than expected. Literally was awesome every step away with her phenomenal customer service. She made the whole thing enjoyable ...which says a LOT! And I know this might offend some, but I'm going to say it anyway, it was refreshing to deal with a woman in what is normally a male-dominated industry. Woman to woman made the experience much less intimidating and I definitely never felt like I was being taken advantage of due to my lack of knowledge of cars.Top tier customer service
by Madison on 05/09/2023I had a really awesome experience at this Volkswagen. Jenna was really helpful and friendly. She kept me in the loop every step of the way. The part for my car was ordered and installed in a timely matter so I was back on the road in no… time.
