Dealership Service Review
I’m submitting this review for an employee named Jenna, who was my hero the other day. I have my first brand new car ever, and unfortunately I do fit the stereotype of the young female who doesn’t know anything about cars. The other morning an alarm started going off in my car, and I didn’t know what the symbol meant. I started to worry… and that worry started to spiral into utter panic, so I ended up pulling into the Herzog service department in pretty much complete hysterics, imagining all the worst case scenarios, and practically begged for help. Jenna was AMAZING! She was so nice, didn’t laugh or judge me at all for not knowing what the alarm meant. She explained that my car was telling me that the tire pressure was low, and also told me that was very common when the weather changes and starts to get really cold. She assured me everything was fine, and that I just needed to add some air to the tires. She then pointed me into the direction of the service center and sent someone to help me immediately so I wouldn't be late to work. I’m so very grateful for how nice and professional she was, and felt like she went above and beyond to explain to me what was going on and to get me the help I needed. That doesn’t happen a lot these days, and it was much appreciated. Thank you Jenna for saving my day!!
