by cindysloan on 08/19/2025Bob Vanhouse sold us our 2017 Chevrolet Suburban. He was honest, straightforward and kind. For 8 years, we had our Suburban serviced at SouthPointe Chevrolet -- we consistently received excellent service. So, when the time came to purchase… a new car, we went back to Bob to help us find the new car we wanted. Purchasing a new car has changed a lot in the last 8 years. We gave Bob a list of exactly what we wanted in our new car and he patiently persevered with us and kept looking for a car for us -- even when we changed our minds frequently and were indecisive. He never ever got impatient with us -- nor did he try to pressure us into changing our minds or desires. We experienced a few obstacles --a few of them were major --in the vehicle buying process -- these were all outside the control of SouthPointe Chevrolet. However, the team we worked with at this dealership --Bob Vanhouse, Matthew Gregory in finance and Jon Halford -- repeatedly went above and beyond to help us and clear up every obstacle. Truly -- men of their word. We would buy another vehicle from SouthPointe in a heartbeat. I hope we get to work with these men again one day.Thank you for your detailed and positive review, Cindy! Brakes service!

South Pointe Chevrolet Tulsa
by Jimmy11 on 12/05/2023On 11/24, I scheduled my car for service on 11/30. My thermostat was out. I informed the service department. I did not get my car until 12/4. Corey was great as far as his attitude, but the dealership was horrible. Nobody ever followed up… with me. I had to call every single time for an update. Service is absolutely horrible. I will never go back for service nor would I buy a car from them. If this is how I get treated by brining them business, then I will look elsewhere for my service and car purchase needs.Thank you for your feedback, please know that we are looking into your concerns and will reply back to you soon.

Jody Moore deserves a raise!!

I was quickly and kindly greeted by Jody Moore and I was blown away by his overall great attitude, his thoughtfulness,… his attention to detail and his ability to explain everything to me so I could understand it. I’m not sure that I’ve ever met a kinder customer service representative in my life. After I got the call that my car was ready, he thoroughly explained the video they make during the service and had recommended at a later time I get them serviced. He wasn’t pushy and he went above and beyond on a Saturday when he was the only person working at the time. I highly recommend Jody for a raise at least and he should be considered for advancement if he so pleases because he is very good at what he does.It's wonderful to hear about your exceptional service experience with Jody. Jody's kind and attentive attitude, as well as his ability to explain everything clearly, made a significant positive impact on your visit. Recently, I had my vehicle in for service three times within three months for the same issue which remained… unresolved; however, once the general manager got involved, my issue was resolved within three days and the dealership paid the cost. My confidence in South Pointe service has been restored!It's great to hear that you've had a longstanding positive experience with South Pointe Chevrolet for the past ten plus years, but also, it's quite reassuring that your recent issue was eventually resolved to your satisfaction.
