Unexpected nice surprises. Excellent service
by Karen on 01/26/2023BMW of Tulsa service department is fabulous. I had a valve gasket replaced and the cover was cracked. The original quote was for $1,400. They were able to work with me and they saved me $550! I took the car in Tuesday late morning and was… told that I wouldn't get the car back until Friday. The service department was backed up. They called me Wednesday morning at 9:30 and the work was completed. I am very happy with them. Taylor the manager and Bailee the service tech were very nice and the accommodations were beyond my expectations! Highly recommended them.Thank you for the recommendation and kind words! Not the same service department

Took my car in and never got a call from my service advisor that it was ready to be picked up/ couldn’t get anyone to answer my calls at the dealership. The only minor complaint is service comes with a complimentary wash and vacuum, neither of… which was very well done. Extra mile to save money
by Karen on 05/26/2022Once you can get a specific way for direct contact (text/email) the service manager promptly returned my call. My plan was to purchase tires and a wheel myself and send to dealer for install. Taylor was able to beat my costs with a… promotion that gave me $250 back for purchasing 4 tires plus found me 2 rebates $120 & $90. Very good deal. Reduced net price on wheel when I told him what I could buy it for. Work has not been done yet as we are waiting on parts delivery.We are very happy to hear that we were able to provide you with an enjoyable experience. We thank you for your business, Karen.
Create customer delight
by Cowgirl golfer on 05/26/2022Everything went well but there was a service adviser change mid day. I was the last one in the service area so I never received a call or text my car was ready. So I spent extra valuable time sitting waiting for my car. I do like the 3… month interest free payments. Service advisers were knowledgeable but I liked the second adviser because he had a little bit a sense of humor. Other small things were the bathrooms were not clean. And one of the toilets didn’t work. As far as coffee options ..like that and water options. Maybe adding 0 calorie propel or Gatorade or soda would be a nice plus. Also snack basket was not stocked leaving only chips and Cheetos. Again these are just small things.Thank you for your feedback contact me if I can doing anything for you in your future visits.
