Friendly, Courteous, and Professional
by TomC. on 02/11/2019I never considered Hyundai until my insurance agent recommended looking at a Santa Fe and I am so glad I did. Once I parked my car I was met by Bill Chaalan who was friendly, courteous, and professional. He asked what I was looking for so… he could try to match me with the best vehicle. Since I only knew I wanted to look at the Santa Fe and not which model he asked all of the right question so he could determine which one was the best fit for me. The best part was I told him how much I was looking to spend total and he made no effort to try and convince me to go more than I wanted and I must say I appreciate that. The Santa Fe was a great car and he was able to explain each feature so I could understand it as I am not a "car guy". Once back at the lot I realized there were a few feature the SE was missing that the SEL had but was out of my price range by a couple of thousand. After talking to the owner he got the price down on the SEL to under what I was going to pay on the SE buy $1000. Plus they gave me $6000 for my truck and to be honest I only thought it was worth $5000. Once we had agreed on a price I went and did the finance portion and found the finance manager to also be friendly, courteous, and professional. He gave me a few extra options I could get on protection but was not pushy when I declined which I thought was great. Once done with finance Bill got me hooked up on BlueLink and then introduced me to the service department and set up my first appointment. Once again the Service department was friendly, courteous, and professional. Finally Bill took me out to my new car after it had been detailed and gassed up and went over a few more features and made sure that I understood everything. Finally he took a picture of me and the car and said if I needed anything to give him a call. I must say for 20 years my former wife used to by cars every other year so I have dealt with a lot of dealerships and salesman. I can honestly say Bill has been the best hands down. I would send family, friends, and co-workers not only to Regional Hyundai but to Bill specifically. Thanks for the great experience.Thanks

Troy was so easy to talk to and Robert walked us through all the paperwork. It was the beat car buying experience I’ve… had and hope to have many in the future with them.Disappointed

They no longer care about making/keeping you as a long term customer. They care about the sale today and that is it. They didn't get the sale today… and they won't get the next one. Sad I ended up at a Chevy dealer to buy a Hyundai. I even went back to Regional to let them know just how frustrated I was. I had hoped they would sincerly apology for the issues. As soon as I told them we'd purchased from another dealer they basically refused to talk to me. Even though I told them we will be buying another car later this year and another one probably within the next year. If no one from Hyundai cares about how we were treated we may have purchased our last Hyundai.Disappointed

by John-B on 01/03/2019I bought a truck from them and traded in my old truck here recently. I asked the salesman (who was recently fired) what the price was on the new truck and he told me $22,911. They were going to give me so much for my previous truck and… before they even laid eyes on it they told me they would give me $8300. After I gave them all the specs of it, they said maybe $6000-$6500. As I continued towards buying the new truck, I was really aiming for my payment to be X amount of dollars and they said I would get a great deal on the truck. Turns out, after looking at the contract a little more closely, I noticed that the actual asking price of the vehicle was almost $5000 more. On top of that, something I noticed while test driving it but didn’t think much of it, was a vibration in the truck once I got it up to 55 or better and it pulled to the right. They took a look at it and rotated the tires and balanced it. After 2 hours of sitting at the dealership, when they said it would only take an hour, they said there was another issue. They told me there was a dent in the driveshaft and said it was 4000 miles old. 1) how do they know it’s 4000 miles old and 2) I had had the truck for 13 days. The thing I didn’t think much on I should have said something about before I bought it. That’s on me but the damages themselves are not. That’s crap.Troy Payne is amazing!!

My salesman was… very helpful and answered my questions and even showed me other vehicles so I would be sure. The process was very good, once I said yes, I was on my way home with in the hour and that was fantastic. Thank YouGreat
