Regional Hyundai

I never considered Hyundai until my insurance agent recommended looking at a Santa Fe and I am so glad I did. Once I parked my car I was met by Bill Chaalan who was friendly, courteous, and professional. He asked what I was looking for so he could try to match me with the best vehicle. Since I only knew I wanted to look at the Santa Fe and not which model he asked all of the right question so he could determine which one was the best fit for me. The best part was I told him how much I was looking to spend total and he made no effort to try and convince me to go more than I wanted and I must say I appreciate that. The Santa Fe was a great car and he was able to explain each feature so I could understand it as I am not a "car guy". Once back at the lot I realized there were a few feature the SE was missing that the SEL had but was out of my price range by a couple of thousand. After talking to the owner he got the price down on the SEL to under what I was going to pay on the SE buy $1000. Plus they gave me $6000 for my truck and to be honest I only thought it was worth $5000. Once we had agreed on a price I went and did the finance portion and found the finance manager to also be friendly, courteous, and professional. He gave me a few extra options I could get on protection but was not pushy when I declined which I thought was great. Once done with finance Bill got me hooked up on BlueLink and then introduced me to the service department and set up my first appointment. Once again the Service department was friendly, courteous, and professional. Finally Bill took me out to my new car after it had been detailed and gassed up and went over a few more features and made sure that I understood everything. Finally he took a picture of me and the car and said if I needed anything to give him a call. I must say for 20 years my former wife used to by cars every other year so I have dealt with a lot of dealerships and salesman. I can honestly say Bill has been the best hands down. I would send family, friends, and co-workers not only to Regional Hyundai but to Bill specifically. Thanks for the great experience.
