Regional Hyundai

This dealer is not the same dealer of the past. I have purchased two cars their previously. They no longer care about making/keeping you as a long term customer. They care about the sale today and that is it. They didn't get the sale today and they won't get the next one. Sad I ended up at a Chevy dealer to buy a Hyundai. I even went back to Regional to let them know just how frustrated I was. I had hoped they would sincerly apology for the issues. As soon as I told them we'd purchased from another dealer they basically refused to talk to me. Even though I told them we will be buying another car later this year and another one probably within the next year. If no one from Hyundai cares about how we were treated we may have purchased our last Hyundai.
