    Words could never begin to express the experience I have had today at Regional Hyundai with Bill Chaalan. My dad and I were met by Bill in the parking lot. He asked, how he could help us? He could hear the concern in my voice, my previous experience at the Hyundai across town was full of disappointment. However, Bill listened to my concerns. He introduced us to his manager, and insisted on doing whatever they could do to make the situation better. My car buying experience was made within 30 minutes. He cared enough to get me the deal, the other dealership couldn’t. I am appreciative and grateful for this dealership upholding Hyundai’s true customer care and value when purchasing a vehicle. Furthermore, I am extremely thankful to Bill Chaalan for making my Thanksgiving even more full of thanks and giving. He gave his care, concern, and ensured my father and I were taken care of. He even got us a deal better than what we could have imagined. This dealership is definitely worth stopping by when considering a new vehicle purchase!

    My wife and I purchased a 2012 Chevy Colorado from Regional Hyundai and had a great experience. Our sales person, Shawn Workman, was an absolute joy to work with. He made the whole experience go as seamless as possible. Couldn't be happier:)

    I stopped by just to inquire but was given such a good deal that I had finished everything and was home with a new car in a little over two hours.

    I found a vehicle on the internet and my salesman, Severin, discussed the vehicle price with me. He was upfront about the pricing and even explained that the price listed on the internet included a military discount, which I was not eligible for. However, he was able to make the deal work any way and service after the sale was very good. Never any pressure to buy.

    Bryce was very helpful and patient with me. At first I couldn’t decide on a vehicle and Bryce walked me through the two I was looking at and helped me with the trim levels and what they offered. Then I found the one I really liked and that was right for me. Everyone at the dealership was very nice and worked with me. Thanks Bryce!

    After having had a terrible experience with another dealership company. Shea more than upheld my expectations of professionalism, honesty, transparency, guidance, and understanding. Best salesman I have met in a very long time, and the dealership team all the way from the managers, to the finance team we all amazing! I could not have asked for a better car buying experience!

    The sales staff was amazing. I am a service memeber stationed at fort sill and had to buy my truck over the phone and threw pictures. The sales team make it extremely easy for me and hassle free. Only thing I seen that I didn’t like is that they don’t fill the vehicles up with gas when you purchase them. I feel that should be something that is given with any vehicle purchase. Other than that it was a great experience.
