Long time for oil change
by Bill Bliss on 11/29/2024Did not reset my oil life and filter life readouts. Let part of old part in vehicle. Took them 3 and 1/2 days to repair my vehicle which I was not expecting. DECEPTIVE AND INCOMPETENT
by Crb77 on 08/16/2024CAUTION! !! They're Deceptive and Incompetent! Do NOT do business here! I brought my minivan in because it had a broken lock actuator on the sliding door and wouldn't lock. I purchased and brought in a new lock actuator for them to install,… but they said that they recommend replacing both the actuator and latch at the same time, but that they can't sell me only the latch and that I'd have to buy the pair from them and return the actuator I already bought. No problem. 3 days later it's finally "done". I ask whether I should bring cash, a check, or credit card to pay; they told me they don't accept checks but they do accept credit card (but DID NOT bother to mention that they would charge me an ADDITIONAL $50+ to use my credit card until I was already there without $1700+cash and stuck!!) So my wife takes off work on her lunch hour to drive me there to pick it up. They bring it out and luckily I check the door as we're about to leave only to find out that it STILL DOESN'T LOCK! They hold us there another 45 minutes while they 'fix' it again because they 'didn't get something in the right place' the first time. They bring it back out and we go to leave, so I check it again. This time, the door won't stay open!! (This was not part of the original problem - they caused it) So they hold us there another 35 minutes while they 'fix' it again! Now my wife is over an hour late to go back to her job, and we're in a hurry to get her back to work, so I signed the paper, paid the deceptive fee and leave. I get home and find a screw that their mechanic 'forgot' to put back in the actuator lying on the carpet right inside the door! So now I have to drive it all the way back (25 min drive each way) so they can 'fix' it AGAIN!! Also at this time, when I went to file my paperwork, I notice that they charged me for a decorative panel for $192 that I MOST DEFINITELY DID NOT WANT, NOR AGREE TO PURCHASE!!! I bring it back in and the mechanic remembers the screw and takes it apart again and installs it - another half hour or so. I argue with them about the deceptive $192 panel that they added on and they said they add that in to the 'kit' because their mechanic "might" break my original one during removal! (First, when talking to them about what I needed to replace, it was very specific that I only needed the actuator and latch - but there was NEVER ANY MENTION AT ALL that I might need a panel - or I absolutely would have turned that down because I don't need it! Second, if THEIR mechanic breaks something when taking it off, it should be THEIR RESPONSIBILITY to replace it, not mine. (And this panel had already been removed and returned to place TWICE previously by other mechanics without any damage to it, so it's not like it's a disposable part)) But they could not give me the refund that day since their 'system was down' and they would call me back. An uninvolved 'manager' called back a week later to tell me that since I had signed their paper, I agreed to the cost and they would not refund any of it, so I'm welcome to take it up with my credit card company and dispute the charge if I want. Incompetent mechanics and TERRIBLE people and service. STAY AWAY!This experience sounds incredibly frustrating, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. We strive to provide transparent and competent service, so it's concerning to hear about these issues. Bait & Switch

When you take your vehicle in for service you find out that some of what they told you wasn't true. And when you look back at your sales paperwork, you find a… lot of tax and upgrade fee's that you should not had paid for. They charge you for some things that they should have paid the tax on, but put it on your side.Terrible csr

I'm a single father with custody of my son so this is my only vehicle and nobody seems to be concerened with my situation. Can't seem to get anybody to call me back except to… make sure they got my last $1k for my deposit.Terrible

Received an oil change and fluids were not filled.I have a warranty which requires my car to be serviced here and I just don’t trust this place at all.My car is currently in the shop no antifreeze two weeks after being… serviced.I feel like they either didn’t feel up antifreeze or should’ve realized there was a problem before the car overheated and stalled.Now,I’m without a car for weeks as they don’t provide loaner cars.Did I mention I purchased the car less then 4 months from this location! by Tim on 01/25/2022Took vehicle in for recall and diagnostic test. $220 later they told me about old codes on parts that were already replaced. $65 to tell me I needed more parts and testing for airbag light. It was only a blown fuse. I fixed on my own.… Please be careful taking your car in for service here.Tim, we appreciate learning about your recent service with us. Jake Sweeney Service Running a Scam
by PissedOff on 01/20/2020I brought my car in for a 50k service. I told Tiffany about a wheel sensor that has been out for 1.5 years. She would get me a price on one. Well after leaving there, none of my wheel pressure sensors work now. I had no issues for 1.5… years, then I bring it there and now none work. She also told me the same thing happened to 2 other people the day before me. then she said if I bought the 1 sensor it would probably fix them all. Sounds like a scam when I had no issues before. I had rotated tires before, but now they dont work.Steve Huelsman
by Steve H on 07/05/2019updated 07/12/2019Went in for an engine light issue. 2 issues were found, 1 of which a part needed to be ordered. Mike Adams said he would order the part and I should make an appointment to come back (couple days and the cost would be $200+). I made an… appointment for a week later and when I went in the part wasn't in and no one knew what I needed. I said I was told there was a pinhole in a gasket connected to the radiator. They then ordered a part and I went in the next week to get the work done. I don't think I received the right part or service because the work came to about $50, the visit was just over $100 because I had them change my engine air filter. I am renting a car to drive on vacation because my confidence in what was done is very shakey. It just seemed that Mike Adams dropped the ball as no one else knew anything about what was going on with my car.Service
