Dealership Service Review
Went in for an engine light issue. 2 issues were found, 1 of which a part needed to be ordered. Mike Adams said he would order the part and I should make an appointment to come back (couple days and the cost would be $200+). I made an appointment for a week later and when I went in the part wasn't in and no one knew what I needed. I said I was told there was a pinhole in a gasket connected to the radiator. They then ordered a part and I went in the next week to get the work done. I don't think I received the right part or service because the work came to about $50, the visit was just over $100 because I had them change my engine air filter. I am renting a car to drive on vacation because my confidence in what was done is very shakey. It just seemed that Mike Adams dropped the ball as no one else knew anything about what was going on with my car.
