Please don’t be fooled which Reineke ford dealership to buy from? The salespeople at the Findlay store aren’t honest but the Lima location you can at least trust one salesman and his name is Mason Rose. I know every salesman has that one… boss he has to go back and forth and make your sales experience a nightmare but this was a cut and dry take it or leave it store with a little B.S. from the sales manager towards the end? I was taken for $4,500.00 more than my vehicle was worth at the Lima store but the sales experience has been better than usual because of what they are willing to do for you after the sale is done. Upon delivery of the truck it was clean but only came with 1key fob which was clearly an issue for me at delivery! I asked for another Key fob and so far they have tried once with a promise of a factory set in the next week? I also had my tires rebalanced before delivery because I could feel vibration in the front end which I still feel but knowing I have 14k miles of factory bumper to bumper warranty left I know I can find the issue before the warranty is up? Now I'm a stickler for good service at the dealership but I’m not sold this is the place for service yet? I had all 4 tires rebalanced and noticed the technician pulled the old weights off the inside of the wheels but never cleaned the double sided tape still stuck on the wheels to date, the New weights are double staked on both rear wheels and poorly placed on the front wheels letting me know there’s an issue with quality control? I’d say you can trust this dealership with sales but the service side is questionable wether or not they can help you the first time around? So far my experience with Reineke Ford of Lima has been better than I could have expected because my salesman Mason Rose is there to do his job not just sell you a car! Thanks Mason and thank you again for your laid back demeanor, makes buying a car less stressful than it should be.

Later in the day Randy called me with the results of their tests.… The part was ordered same day and I picked my van up the very next day completely fixed. Even though the car didn't make the noise as it usually did, the guys were very respectful and reassuring that they would do everything possible to alleviate the issue. They tightened some bolts and the brakes… no longer make the crunching noise. Thanks so much!!!Great Service, great waiting area

It was recommended for me to consider changing them. I was given… three different quotes for different brands. While waiting I looked up prices elsewhere, every place I looked was lower priced. I do understand that they price match, but I believe a fair price should have been asked without extra effort on my part. That practice prays on the elderly who will do as they are told. Takes advantage of peoples ignorance. Ask a fair price without prompting.Excellent customer service

Brett Dardio never gave up on me. He went above and beyond in getting me a car. I had my mind set on a… certain kind of vehicle but Brett explained that right now this would be the best for me. I thought about what he said and I had to agree with him. And I am glad I did because I really like the car he got for me. I have told everyone I know what great service Brett gave me. There is one other person I need to thank as well. That is Bob Aubin. So between the two of them I have a car I enjoy driving and I will be back in the future.Great service

However with regardes to the overall loan process it seemed long and… drawn out ,I started the process at 10:30 am ,and finely left with my truck around 6pm,this included a 30minute lunch break .
