Dent in Driver door - unscheduled plan

Everything was serviced that my explorer was taken in for with the exception of the dent in the driver door (under the paint). I believe pictures were taken, but I am unsure what next steps are. Thank you for your response times and service. The service dept. is amazing!! Angi Glass
