Had the opportunity to purchase 2 Mercedes this year. 1st time buyer at Crown Mercedes. Tony Rameriz was probably the best non-sales person salesperson with whom I have ever dealt. He let the Mercedes and dealership speak for themselves. Did not undersell either. I was buying not being sold. This is what the expectations of salespeople in any line of business should be. The first car took about one day to purchase. The second car took about 2 hours. Genuine professionalism throughout the dealership.
