Shen Saguisi - Service Manager

I have been bringing my ML320 for service here for 6 years and I have had good and bad experiences with different Service Manager's there. This is the first time I worked with Shen Saguisi and my experience with him was a good one. The work was completed ahead of schedule, under budget and there was no high pressure selling on replacement parts or suggested service. He kept it easy, stayed in touch with me via phone & email and didn't clear out my wallet. Pretty much exactly what I'm looking for.
