He provided quick feedback to all questions. When I picked up the car he took me through… all the car features from connecting my cell phone to programming the navigation system. I talked to him before my appointment and he asked what I was looking for, what I was interested in test driving, and… what colors I had been wanting to possibly choose. So when I did have my appointment with him I test drove the car I chose to buy. He did a great job finding me exactly what I was looking for! He also got me a great deal and really guided me through every step… he was patient and very understanding. I was intent on buying a specific used car that they had in stock and after driving it, I realized it just wasn't me. As I browsed around she introduced herself and asked, "If she could help me.' I started to chat with her, she informed me of what… the price of a new car would be as well as the interest rate and monthly payment. I was just there for maintenance but ended up purchasing a car based on her taking the time to explain the existing market. I appreciate Melisa because she did not have to help me.
