I arrived at the showroom without an appointment. Melisa Greenberg was the only salesperson in the office. As I browsed around she introduced herself and asked, "If she could help me.' I started to chat with her, she informed me of what the price of a new car would be as well as the interest rate and monthly payment. I was just there for maintenance but ended up purchasing a car based on her taking the time to explain the existing market. I appreciate Melisa because she did not have to help me. I was there early and she arrived early to get some work done. Thank you Melisa keep up the good work. Kindness makes a difference.
