False Quotes submitted by Service Department at Chesrown
by Haunch2151 on 04/13/2016Beware Delaware, Oh!!! Chesrown will not honor their quotes that they provide you for Service work. For a company that has been in business for over 50+ years they are still trying to figure out how to run their quoting system. Sounds like… Chesrown needs to do some internal training so their employee's understand how to run quotes for their Customers who rely on this information to make a decision about what service should be performed on their automobile. When the Service Manager was confronted with this issue, he and Chesrown chose the bottom line over Customer loyalty. This act has cost Chesrown a Customer...No future oil changes, tire rotations or standard maintenance service work. If your in the Customer Service business, make sure you understand the word "Customer", it could cost you more that you think. Beware of the quotes that Chesrown is handing out when you have service done at this Dealership.Customer service

He is very professional and caring! A part had broke on my car and when I… went in to purchase the part Rich was with another customer. I purchased my part and was told when it would be in. As I was leaving Rich stopped me to ask how everything was going. In conversation I told him about my car. He pulled up my account and found that the part was still under my warranty! I towed my car to the shop and they had it fixed the next day. He is the only one I want to deal with when I go in. He's the face of customer service!doug williams

I emailed a request for the free battery check due to having to have the vehicle jumped when playing the radio for a short period with the engine off, there was no… indication of the battery being checked on my service sheet. We like the service there, this was the first time we were not completely satisfied. This was the second time the vehicle was not washed which was my wife's concern.Another excellent experience at Chesrown!

When I came into the dealership, I had a coupon from a prior visit for a free carwash in the cup holder. When I checked in, Virgil gave me another coupon… which I put in my wallet. After I picked up my car and left the dealership, I noticed the free wash coupon in the cup holder was gone - can I get another one?ahopie2

The wait was a little under an hour and that was with having to order a part. Julie who cashed me out for the ordered part, was also very friendly… and sweet. They were all efficient and friendly and made the process as easy and painless as possible!
