Upon installation of new rear rotors and pads the vehicle was not washed. I emailed a request for the free battery check due to having to have the vehicle jumped when playing the radio for a short period with the engine off, there was no indication of the battery being checked on my service sheet. We like the service there, this was the first time we were not completely satisfied. This was the second time the vehicle was not washed which was my wife's concern.
