I was a little disappointed in the fact my service apt was for 7am Friday morning, I had the car there Thursday evening. I did not hear from anyone until 3pm, so wasn't time to finish work. told it would be Saturday sometime, did not hear from anyone until Monday at 11am that it was ready to go. I would have thought some one should have called Saturday to let me know that the tech did not come in.
