onI purchased my 2013 Cruze from this dealership. If I've ever had a problem with the car or even stopping in to get my oil changed, I typically deal with Rich Daubney. He is very professional and caring! A part had broke on my car and when I went in to purchase the part Rich was with another customer. I purchased my part and was told when it would be in. As I was leaving Rich stopped me to ask how everything was going. In conversation I told him about my car. He pulled up my account and found that the part was still under my warranty! I towed my car to the shop and they had it fixed the next day. He is the only one I want to deal with when I go in. He's the face of customer service!
