The staff is always helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. They really go the extra mile to ensure that buying a car is enjoyable and easy. I’ve been a long time customer of Germain since the early 90’s, and Volkswagen in particular since… purchasing my first GTI.

Was immediately welcomed when I walked in to the dealership, and they assessed my needs and suggested another car rather than the one I initially inquired about. I… ended up loving this vehicle and purchased it on the spot. Was also my first time buying a car, and they walked me through the process with full transparency. Service was excellent and very fast compared to other dealerships I had visited but not moved forward with. Would strongly recommend Germain Volkswagen of Columbus!Unfortunate events turned into a great experience.

Very patient with my partner and I, given our extenuating circumstances going into this. We had just bought a house and we’re… not in the best spot financially and otherwise. The worst time for a car to have a total breakdown, and it happened. My car started smoking up on the highway to work, and by chance I had it towed to the nearest dealership, and it happened to be Germain Volkswagen. David is very knowledgeable, confident, and even honest. He worked hard to help us find the right deal. Everything you’d want in a salesman. Derek was also very helpful in helping us finance the car, gave us clear options, and made everything as seamless as possible. All around Germain Volkswagen seems to have a great team and I would definitely send people there when they need a vehicle, and definitely going to talk to them when it comes time to replace my other car!Great experience, smooth and fast transaction

I knew the specific vehicle I wanted and they were able to handle the transaction mostly remotely, I only needed to spend a short time at the physical dealership to finalize the sale. Ian was very helpful and… communicative throughout the entire process. This was my 2nd new vehicle purchase from Germain VW and I still highly recommend.Easy transaction

The whole process was smooth,… easy and still fast (the manually process was made easy). The best part of this experience was Jacob listening to my needs and wants that align with my budget plan. Our overall experience was very pleasant despite the obvious hustle and bustle there. The day was a lot busier than they expected to be so… they were a little short handed. But that didn’t cause the staff who were there to be anything less than kind, courteous, accommodating and friendly. First, Jordan was extremely helpful and generous with her time in keeping me apprised of the availability of the car I had my eye on four days before I was able to visit the showroom. When we arrived we were introduced to our wonderful salesman, Chris, who was just the best car salesman I have ever had the pleasure of meeting and working with. So friendly, helpful, and also very generous with his time and efforts to assure we were taken care of in the best manner possible from the very beginning of the sales process to driving away with my new car. Our finance manager, Derek, was also the best we’ve ever worked with too. Extremely friendly, helpful and thorough, making sure we had a full understanding of what we were getting into and signing. He explained all of the details, options and policies perfectly. All of them were so very nice. Even the peopke we didn’t work with. These are the kinds of people I would always want to keep in mind throughout my Volkswagen driving days. People we can rely on and trust for the best service possible. So, from my husband and I, we say “Thank you very much!” again for taking such excellent care of us during our visit there.Great experience and great car

One of the most impressive aspects was that they did not become abrasive about any up… sales. They went over them, but weren’t pushy about it at all and that was something I appreciated.Fantastic experience, beautifully renovated location, engaging staff.

Friendly, real, personable staff that speak with you, rather than at you. Management is involved, not just hiding in an… office. They engage with you, learn about you and care about your experience. We did have one problem with the passenger front seat recline lever did not work and did not realize until we… were home, so we now have to bring the car back. not that big of a deal. Would wish they had caught this before leaving.Fast and easy!
