David Salyer was my main point in contact through my car buying experience and he was nothing short of awesome. Very patient with my partner and I, given our extenuating circumstances going into this. We had just bought a house and we’re not in the best spot financially and otherwise. The worst time for a car to have a total breakdown, and it happened. My car started smoking up on the highway to work, and by chance I had it towed to the nearest dealership, and it happened to be Germain Volkswagen. David is very knowledgeable, confident, and even honest. He worked hard to help us find the right deal. Everything you’d want in a salesman. Derek was also very helpful in helping us finance the car, gave us clear options, and made everything as seamless as possible. All around Germain Volkswagen seems to have a great team and I would definitely send people there when they need a vehicle, and definitely going to talk to them when it comes time to replace my other car!
