The staff is always helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. They really go the extra mile to ensure that buying a car is enjoyable and easy. I’ve been a long time customer of Germain since the early 90’s, and Volkswagen in particular since… purchasing my first GTI.

Despite this I was able to get a good deal without any back and forth all via email first to save a trip across town for myself. When the car arrived and I met everyone in… person they were all extremely friendly and personable and did not waste my time. It was the easiest and fastest time I have ever bought a new car - especially if you compare it to last time at another dealership where I was there for 6 straight hours. It is my first VW too and I am loving the car!Get your VW From Germain!

The Service manager was gracious enough to put the vehicle on the lift… and let me inspect it from underneath. I had a price that I was not willing to go beyond and they were able to tweak things to… make that work. I think the whole process (test drive and all) took less than 2 hours and I picked up the vehicle the next day nicely detailed and ready to go. I enjoyed working with Chris and his manager.Great experience
