This was the best experience I’ve had getting a car. Jacob handled all the sales, he went above and beyond getting everything ready for me before I even got to the dealership. He answered all my questions, and found the perfect car for me within my budget! Everyone else that I worked with that day were super kind and made the process fun, not pushy. I’ll be a forever customer! I felt attended to and taken care of.

We were greeted with friendly and knowledgeable sales staff. The process was quicker than i have ever experienced at a dealership. We did have one problem with the passenger front seat recline lever did not work and did not realize until we were home, so we now have to bring the car back. not that big of a deal. Would wish they had caught this before leaving.

I was looking for a car, when l came across a 2023 Kia Sorento EX that was perfect for me. I livec3 hours away but l used the online functions to ask questions, make an offer and sign the paperwork so that when l made the long hike to pickup the car, l was in and out in less than 20 minutes. The staff from the moment you walk in to close of your sale to the maintenance and detail shop is wonderful! This is my second VW from Germain and I won't buy one anywhere else. Nick was my salesman and he did an incredible helping us to find the exact Tiguan for us, making sure our financials were in order and our needs were met. He even took the time to chat with us and tend to the needs of my service dogs while we were waiting to sign the final papers.

Easiest Purchase Process Ever!

I was very lucky to find the car I wanted as it was in-transit. Despite this I was able to get a good deal without any back and forth all via email first to save a trip across town for myself. When the car arrived and I met everyone in person they were all extremely friendly and personable and did not waste my time. It was the easiest and fastest time I have ever bought a new car - especially if you compare it to last time at another dealership where I was there for 6 straight hours. It is my first VW too and I am loving the car!

From start to finish the customer service here is awesome! Conversation was started via email. The sales manager, Ben, got back to me very quickly and answered all my questions. He got me set up to come take a look at cars the same day I was emailing him! Aaron made the buying experience fun and quick as possible which was a perk for me because I had my kids with me. Really happy with the deal made at Germain VW. Chris and Ben were excellent to work with, and demonstrated they wanted to do business at my pace, with all my questions answered. I did not feel pressure, with answers to my questions promptly answered over email primarily. The whole team there made it really easy to work with them. Nick was probably the best salesman I have had the pleasure to work with on this purchase. It was as smooth of a car buying experience as you can have at a dealer. The Service manager was gracious enough to put the vehicle on the lift and let me inspect it from underneath. They did what they said they would do and the vehicle has been great since purchase (3 weeks). Would definitely go there again if we are in the market for a vehicle.
