After learning about the car and taking it for a test drive, they explained the several… incentives for the ID4. I had never leased a vehicle up to this point in my life, but when everything was explained, I decided to give it a go! I am very happy with the experience and quick turn around. The process was quick and easy, and I appreciate that in a purchase experience. He asked the right questions to allow us to investigate the different Tiguan trims without taking us directly to the most-expensive. Despite his being a car salesman, he didn’t come… across right away as trying to “work an angle” (even though he did talk me into a Tech Shield which was essentially just a large screen protector for $199.) It was quite cold that day, and I was tired from the recent holiday, so I forgot to check it out before I signed the paperwork. My bad. All in all, I am pleased with the 0% apr. If you’re looking for a good salesperson experience while overpaying as is the usual for new car purchases, Ian Napier is your man. At least you’ll have a polite man who doesn’t come off as arrogant and doesn’t act like he’s doing you a favor.Professionalism and Transparency is still alive even in 2024
by kriskaze on 11/12/2024car buying is extremely stressful as the fear of getting screwed over is always lingering in the back of our minds. Germain VW of Columbus immediately dissipated all those concerns and reservations by being open and honest about everything… concerning the car i was interested in. no markups no hidden fees no arbitrary addons no bait and switch just to squeeze more money out of a potential customer. i was allowed to test drive the car and get a feel for it which is something my local b-lot J-Rus Inc. would not allow me to do which discouraged me from doing further business with them as i take that as a sign of bad customer service and a red flag. even though Germian VW was 4 hours away i gladly drove down with my father to do business with them just from the professionalism and welcoming demeanor from the initial phone call. any questions i had to ask they answered with no hesitation and no sugarcoating. they gave me a great deal on a rare hidden gem of a car that had one of the cleanest and detailed carfax reports i have ever seen. i would like to thank Abraham for reaching out to me and handling all the details to finalize the deal. the entire process took about 150+ minutes but there were no hiccups or delays and it went very smooth. they even gave the car a final detailing and filled it up with a full thank of gas. i didnt know dealership still did that let alone for a used car. it is nice to go somewhere and be treated with respect with a desire to do business. the b-lot treated me like i really wasnt worth the time and i was shooting above my station by denying me things that any potential customer would expect to be able to do before making a final decision to buy a car. Germain VW was the exact opposite and i am grateful for their friendly and receptive treatment of me. highly recommended :)Lewis found the car!

This experience was the easiest and quickest car buying process… than any previous car buying experiences. I purchased my vehicle on a Thursday and it was in my driveway in Detroit, Michigan that next Monday by 4pm. David was very easy to work with. Making sure I was always in the loop. He was extremely patient with me and all my questions and was very honest with his answers. I would highly recommend this dealership and David, my salesman.Great Experience

Jacob was so wonderful to get things rolling before we even got there, and patiently answered all my questions through email, for days. Once we got… there, he had everything ready for us to test drive. The whole process was smooth, and easily the best car buying experience we’ve had. The whole team was efficient, helpful and friendly. Jacob was a joy to work with! I’d highly recommend buying from him. And will keep Germain in mind next time we have to buy a car. It was worth the long drive!
