I live 3 hours away, so much of the preliminary work was done online and through email. Jacob was so wonderful to get things rolling before we even got there, and patiently answered all my questions through email, for days. Once we got there, he had everything ready for us to test drive. The whole process was smooth, and easily the best car buying experience we’ve had. The whole team was efficient, helpful and friendly. Jacob was a joy to work with! I’d highly recommend buying from him. And will keep Germain in mind next time we have to buy a car. It was worth the long drive!
