car buying is extremely stressful as the fear of getting screwed over is always lingering in the back of our minds. Germain VW of Columbus immediately dissipated all those concerns and reservations by being open and honest about everything concerning the car i was interested in. no markups no hidden fees no arbitrary addons no bait and switch just to squeeze more money out of a potential customer. i was allowed to test drive the car and get a feel for it which is something my local b-lot J-Rus Inc. would not allow me to do which discouraged me from doing further business with them as i take that as a sign of bad customer service and a red flag. even though Germian VW was 4 hours away i gladly drove down with my father to do business with them just from the professionalism and welcoming demeanor from the initial phone call. any questions i had to ask they answered with no hesitation and no sugarcoating. they gave me a great deal on a rare hidden gem of a car that had one of the cleanest and detailed carfax reports i have ever seen. i would like to thank Abraham for reaching out to me and handling all the details to finalize the deal. the entire process took about 150+ minutes but there were no hiccups or delays and it went very smooth. they even gave the car a final detailing and filled it up with a full thank of gas. i didnt know dealership still did that let alone for a used car. it is nice to go somewhere and be treated with respect with a desire to do business. the b-lot treated me like i really wasnt worth the time and i was shooting above my station by denying me things that any potential customer would expect to be able to do before making a final decision to buy a car. Germain VW was the exact opposite and i am grateful for their friendly and receptive treatment of me. highly recommended :)
