The dealership gave us a car so that we could go out for lunch and explore the area which was greatly appreciated since we do not live in Columbus.… The waiting room was very clean and refreshments provided.In and Out (quickly)

So when I noticed something was wrong with my hood I naturally took it to where I bought it. Their service department is… not so great so I drove the extra 20 min to come back to Germain. My previous car had a lot of issues and the previous service manager and current one had bent over backwards to help me so I figured I would just go back. The waiting area is much nicer at Germain and the service advisers are more knowledgeable and friendly.Excellent service

I thought I had a problem but intentionally didn't mention it to see if they found anything. They found the problem. About a 2 hour repair job. We were… taken to a restaurant to have lunch and were picked up and taken back to the shop to retrieve my vehicle. Of course, the car is always washed and swept out inside when they return it.Quick

Was planning to schedule an appointment to have the USB in the back checked as it had not been working correctly. When I mentioned it to our… sales person, he immediately took my car to the service area and they fixed it while we shopped. Dave also got another minor issue routed through the system that I asked about. Not only has David Steele been wonderful to work with when purchasing, but he goes out of his way to smooth any bumps after the sale by introducing me to the service representatives who would be following up with the two issues.Too easy
