I have bought numerous cars at Hatfield/Germain Subaru, unfortunately this last time I got a better deal at Byers. So when I noticed something was wrong with my hood I naturally took it to where I bought it. Their service department is not so great so I drove the extra 20 min to come back to Germain. My previous car had a lot of issues and the previous service manager and current one had bent over backwards to help me so I figured I would just go back. The waiting area is much nicer at Germain and the service advisers are more knowledgeable and friendly.
