Customer Service Was AMAZING

I cannot thank Germain Mazda West of Columbus for getting my family a safe, reliable and affordable vehicle. When we went up… there, there was only one car that we were looking at. Unfortunately it was on hold for another person. We shopped and shopped. The salesmen/women kept in touch. When the deal fell through, they called us and informed us. Since we were 5 minutes away, if that, we drove straight there. They had the car ready for us. We test drove the car and fell in love. We were able to finance it and pick the car up the next morning (no fault to the dealer). Fast. Friendly. Very good customer service. Ron Pineda took care of getting 'Ruby' to the service department for an inspection. Ron was courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. The… service department inspected 'Ruby'for safety concerns and then adjusted the camera cables. When 'Ruby' was returned to me she was clean and shiny, thanks to the Detailers.Regina, it's wonderful to hear that Ron and the Germain Mazda East of Columbus team took such great care of 'Ruby'! He was ready for us when we arrived, had the car we were interested in ready for us to look at and drive and answered… any questions we had. My daughter did not know what to expect and was surprised at how smooth it went and was excited to get her car. The Finance team, Andy, was great to work with too. If I ever have a need for another car I will certainly go to Germain Mazda first.
