We bought a car from this dealership on 2/18/2025. The staff, all of them, were kind, friendly and knowledgeable. I cannot thank Germain Mazda West of Columbus for getting my family a safe, reliable and affordable vehicle. When we went up there, there was only one car that we were looking at. Unfortunately it was on hold for another person. We shopped and shopped. The salesmen/women kept in touch. When the deal fell through, they called us and informed us. Since we were 5 minutes away, if that, we drove straight there. They had the car ready for us. We test drove the car and fell in love. We were able to finance it and pick the car up the next morning (no fault to the dealer). Fast. Friendly. Very good customer service. I cannot thank all those that we dealt with.
