My 2017 Mazda 3, 'Ruby' (all great cars have a special name) had a recall on her backup camera. Ron Pineda took care of getting 'Ruby' to the service department for an inspection. Ron was courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. The service department inspected 'Ruby'for safety concerns and then adjusted the camera cables. When 'Ruby' was returned to me she was clean and shiny, thanks to the Detailers.
