by Davidfh on 12/29/2017I couldn't be more please with my experience at Byers Airport Subaru. My time is valuable so I made an appointment with Greg Higgins. The buying process was smooth and the customer service is second to none. It was definitely worth the… hour drive to do business with Byers. I would recommend them to anyone and will return when I am in the market for another vehicle. I've already encouraged one of my friends who is looking to check them out!Great!
by Screename on 10/31/2017Thinking of buying a vehicle, in the near future? Want to be treated well, in a family oriented environment ? I highly recommend Collin at Byers VW. He is very knowledgeable. Collin is wonderful, personable and engaging. His awesomeness is… so very genuine. As I am new to Columbus, He graciously made a list of good eateries for me to visit. Count me as a happy driver in my new VW Beetle. Yes!Lauren Davis -- Excellent Sales Rep
by MrKilloren on 09/23/2017I never go to a dealership unless I'm ready to purchase a car. I do a lot of research online and end up at a dealer with whom I have had great prior experience. I met Lauren and knew I could get a fair deal from her. I pointed out the car I… was interested in and she did everything possible for me to get the best deal. She is very service oriented, knowledgeable about Volkswagen, and is helpful and personable. It took just a few hours to drive away in a new VW Beetle.VERY SHADY SALESMEN
by odie122 on 08/23/2017I purchased a used car from them after they told me how this vehicle had been taken care of and how they inspected every little tjing on the car and telling me that it was in excellent condition. After getting it home I discovered damage… to the front under side. Over $2000.00 in damage. I will never do business with these [non-permissible content removed] again !!!Painless
by Mrtedder10 on 08/21/2017Jim Hedges was quick, responsive, and didn't pressure me to add on more other than what his Job required of him. He was fantastic and made the process rather easy. That and he didn't try to sell me on a Vehicle I didn't want which is nice!Excellent Dealer

by ClassicNut on 04/13/2017I have been to many a dealer over the years but I can honestly say I have never visited a dealership that treats you with more respect and honesty. Everyone there are always friendly and greet you as if you are their family. From Brain Snow… - Sales, Tony Cooke - Finance Manager, Ken - Service Manager, all the Service Techs and especially the guys that wash my vehicle that are always eager to take it from me and return it clean. I truly appreciate them all. I would highly recommend them everyone looking for a vehicle. You will be pleased. Ben WBest car-buying experience ever!!

Salesman (Pete Ziskowski) was knowledgeable and extremely helpful... even drove 65 miles to deliver our new Subaru to our home. Really… appreciate it. Would recommend this dealer to everyone! Pete spent a lot of time explaining the many feature of the vehicle.NO WAY! Go to Mag instead!
by hdt0525 on 03/03/2016**UPDATE** I took my car in for my 20,000 mile oil change and inspection today. 20,000 miles later and I STILL don't have the wheels I was promised as a condition to purchasing my car. I asked to speak with the sales manager so I could… follow up while I'm there. He was out of the office, so I was referred to JT Masters who, coincidentally, is the one who originally sold me my car and didn't deliver on the promise of alternate wheels being put on my car. When I asked about the status of my wheels, he said they won't even be attempting to take care of the issue anymore and "are done with it". I said it would've been nice for someone to clue me in on that, and his response was that bc I left a negative review on FB, they aren't interested in working anything out with me further. So rather than trying to rectify the situation, that way I can change my review to a more positive one, Byers admittedly will not be following through on anything BECAUSE I left an honest review of my experience. The cherry on top was my car not being washed after the oil change and inspection, with the explanation of the car wash breaking an hour ago... as I watched both a Porsche and a Subaru come out of said "broken" car wash looking shiny and clean. August 2015: If I could rate Byer's a 0, I would. Bought my BRAND NEW, loaded beetle convertible from JT Masters in Oct 2014. Since then I have had nothing but problems. My car was purchased on the condition that I was receiving a new set of rims (who puts faux chrome, plastic hubcaps on a $33,000 car?!), but almost 12 months later I still don't have anything. It takes several emails and phone calls just to have someone get back to me, and nothing but excuses from everyone I've spoken with when you do finally get someone on the phone. Problems with my brakes started a few days after driving my NEW car off the lot. Was told by Bruce in the Service Dept, who lacked any bit of customer service whatsoever, that my issue was "normal wear and tear" and not covered under warranty, despite having never even laid eyes on my car. Brand new also means no wear or tear has occurred yet, obviously. Issues with my auto convertible top not going up and down properly before 10,000 miles. Fought to get it into service for my brakes and top and fought to get a loaner car that didn't cost me $20 per day. Two days later they say they couldn't find an issue with either, so I ask for the manager above to call me back. Less than 5 minutes later I receive a voicemail, not from upper management like I asked, telling me they found the issue and will call me when it's ready. Go figure. Pick up my car, neither the brake issue, nor auto top issue had been rectified, but management was gone for the day so tough luck. Considering the hours worth of phone calls it took me to even get it into service, I gave up. A few weeks ago my AC stopped working correctly, consistently blowing really warm air for several minutes at a time on and off regularly. This morning my start button pricked my finger to the point of drawing enough blood to require changing bandaids 3 times in 35 minutes. It appears that the sticker on the button is peeling off, causing a sharp spot. Less than a year later with under 14,000 miles and I have problems with my brakes, auto top, AC, and start button, STILL don't have new rims, and have logged no less than 10 hours on the phone with them. I could not regret this purchase any more if I tried. Byer's is a nightmare of unfulfilled promises, absolutely terrible customer service, and far less than thorough management. Save yourself the headache and go to MAG.Shady Sales Team
by rosemary88 on 02/24/2015They like to play a word games with you. Will give you a paper saying "payoff trade-in" but then short your actual payoff and roll the difference into your new car. Never once go over price of new car, actual amount they are giving you… for trade-in, etc. You don't see these figures until they sit you down to sign documents. WATCH OUT!
