I never go to a dealership unless I'm ready to purchase a car. I do a lot of research online and end up at a dealer with whom I have had great prior experience. I met Lauren and knew I could get a fair deal from her. I pointed out the car I was interested in and she did everything possible for me to get the best deal. She is very service oriented, knowledgeable about Volkswagen, and is helpful and personable. It took just a few hours to drive away in a new VW Beetle.
