They like to play a word games with you. Will give you a paper saying "payoff trade-in" but then short your actual payoff and roll the difference into your new car. Never once go over price of new car, actual amount they are giving you for trade-in, etc. You don't see these figures until they sit you down to sign documents. WATCH OUT!
