Very please with customer service and sales

I walked away from a purchase at another dealer because of being pressured to accept things I disagreed with. I never once felt like I was being… taken advantage of and did not feel like i was being talked down to when I questioned anything. The rest of the staff around were helpful and friendly as well which made this purchasing experience more enjoyable than I've previously experienced. Obviously, the Subaru brand for its’ reliability and affordability for a quality vehicle. Specifically to this dealership - they… are all about service, respect, attention to detail and making sure the customer is satisfied in every area possible. Every employee in all departments is friendly, helpful, strives to serve, and genuinely makes the customer feel valued. We’ve purchased 3 vehicles in 3 years with soon to be a 4th from this dealership. Just like the last time we purchased, our sales person Trevor Alger was fantastic! Responsive above and beyond! Patient without fault! Never made us feel rushed or as though there were “other” customers or matters he had to attend to that were more important than us! Made sure we were aware of every detail and never “pushed”. Keep up the great work! 2020: Great experience! As loyal Toyota and Honda Owners for the past 30 years, we were a bit nervous and hesitant to consider different vehicles. We test drove many makes and models before making our decision to purchase a Forester and an Outback. We were impressed with the vehicles but more so the quality of the dealership experience which was led by our salesperson Joshua Darnell. Knowledgeable, patient, customer serving, and thorough are just a few of the positive traits that helped us make our final decision. I normally park under a roof, so it took me a few months to catch and Subaru says it's been to long, so it's not their problem. I haven't even had my first oil change, so it hasn't been… that long at all. I highly suggest you go somewhere else.Easy

by mrmjpeg on 09/17/2016I have some experience with dealerships from the mid 90's and went in to this experience expecting the worst. The 4-square financing game. The negotiation ping pong as your salesman fights for you against his big mean sales manager.… Talking payments instead of purchase price. Last minute add-ons to the purchase agreement. But there was none of that. The entire process from test drive to purchase agreement to financing to driving off took less than 4 hours. And much of that was due to my insistence that I read AND UNDERSTAND every word on every paper I signed. Brandyn Butler was a joy to work with and I'd do it again in a heartbeat. Also, their internet pricing was amazingly low. And the zero percent financing is a great bonus (not in lieu of any rebates).I Love My New JEEP

I began working with jered in… the internet sales dpt and ended at the dealership with sean, 1 day later signing papers for my perfect new jeep! The price was awesome, so far it drives like a dream, it has everything I wanted and the closing was the quickest ive ever had. everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful and it was a most smooth transaction, no nonsense and no hidden fees or costs (I am a finance manager I know what to look for :)Rewarding expreince

He helped me find the used car that met my needs, it was the right size, and just the right price to fit my budget. There was some damage on the body the manager… agreed to fix. 2 days after I bought this car, I brought it back to have the damage repaired, and it was like new. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.
