(Including initial contact to set up a test drive and getting matched with Mark!) Thanks to Jim for your swift and clear work (and banter!) & Thanks again, Mark!!! You were fantastic to work with at every step and your kindness and warmth had a major impact on my overall experience. I am thrilled with the 2025 Forester - it is gorgeous, has all the features I wanted/needed, drives so comfortably … and the giant moonroof!!! Stunning.
