The tire had to be fixed due to a screw that was found in the tread. The cost to fix was reasonalble.Thank you so much for your 5-star review! I was contacted shortly afterwards by a sales associate to verify which vehicle I was inquiring about. The vehicle I wanted was at another… lot. Chris (the associate who contacted me) arranged to get the car to the Amherst lot and we scheduled a time for me to come in. He was not pushy and I did not feel pressured. He was flexible and accommodating. Chris helped me some financing decisions, listened to my concerns and made the car buying experience much more pleasant than I had anticipated. This was going to be my first car buying experience on my own and I was very nervous. Chris and the team at Spitzer made me feel welcome, listened to, and confident with my purchase. There are a few things I need to follow up with in the next few days and Chris is already on top of those. Communication has been excellent. I like the fact that they understand that a Corvette is something special and is not a typical car.… Because of the pandemic, strikes and parts shortages, it took a while for the new Corvette to arrive. Chase Raymond, my sales person, did a good job keeping me informed of the status and making sure that everything was ordered properly.
