Spitzer Chevrolet Amherst

I found a vehicle on the Spitzer Chevrolet Amherst website and sent an inquiry to check availability. I was contacted shortly afterwards by a sales associate to verify which vehicle I was inquiring about. The vehicle I wanted was at another lot. Chris (the associate who contacted me) arranged to get the car to the Amherst lot and we scheduled a time for me to come in. He was not pushy and I did not feel pressured. He was flexible and accommodating. Chris helped me some financing decisions, listened to my concerns and made the car buying experience much more pleasant than I had anticipated. This was going to be my first car buying experience on my own and I was very nervous. Chris and the team at Spitzer made me feel welcome, listened to, and confident with my purchase. There are a few things I need to follow up with in the next few days and Chris is already on top of those. Communication has been excellent. I would recommend this dealership to others!
