    Due to an accident I unexpectively needed to replace all 4 tires. I was not able to shop around for the best deal or specific tire sale to get the best price. After birth asked for a better tire offer I was given a $100 Luther gift card. I was a tire rebate of $40 was available for the tires but in the end was not available for mine. However without asking a was just given a $40 credit. That was great customer service by Paul. Satisfied customer!

    I've had a lot of trouble with my GM vehicle that I purchased at another dealership in town. They haven't been pleasant to work with, then I found Luther. Your service department has been wonderful to work with. I've had some spendy ongoing problems, and I hope we are finally to the bottom of them. The service counter and the mechanics have been great to work with.

    I had an unfortunate tire experience with my new Acadia on a weekend road trip. I contacted Luther early on a busy Monday morning and they got me in right a way. The service dept. fixed my problem and got my vehicle going very quickly. Thank you.

    Luther had the vehicle we wanted, facilitated our evaluation and moved quickly when we pulled the trigger. Sales support, financing support, accessory installation and delivery/instruction went very smooth.

    I dropped in after 5pm with a small issue with the seat on my one week old Sierra. Kevin knew I could leave my truck and he offered to work it in the following day. By 11am, they had fixed the issue. Amazing working with all the guys in service!

    The staff the appointment time took the vehicle for service immediately. The staff was prompt efficient, informative, knowledgeable and courteous through the service visit. The vehicle was washed , which it needed, without the wash being requested. It was a good visit!

    Sales - Wayne is the epitome of good customer relations and has been since Heritage Motors. He listens and responds to any request. It's always great working with him Finance - Mark and Tony dig deep to find the appropriate programs during deal close. They don't miss a beat during delivery. Service - I was very happy Paul and Robyn followed me (and other GM customers) from Gateway. These guys are #1 in their field. It's always an easy in/out with them. You could not ask for a better first line when dealing with service. Overall you have a great team, and I will keep my business with Luther whenever possible. Even if it is only every three years. Although I will have Wayne on the lookout for my new driver soon, she has a couple years! Thank you!

    It took me 25 minutes to finally get to talk to a service adviser, I got hung up on, and cut off and dropped several times, I found later that there was a phone system update at the dealership, but still very frustrating

    Courtesy driver alwyas quick without wait & friendly. Rememebrs from previosu times. Walked in & staff knew what I was there before before I even said my name. Always a great experience. I left one dealer reluctantly mainly because I liked their service dept so much & bought my new car at Luther, so am happy I have found another good service dept

    This is the second time I've brought my car to your service department within the last few months. Once for necessary repairs and now for an oil change. Both times I have been extremely satisfied with the experience. When you first enter, the area is neat and clean. The people I spoke with were friendly, courteous and very helpful. The waiting area is comfortable and clean. I have been pleased with the quality of the work. And my car is always cleaned after the work is completed. How great is that! I have recommended, and will continue to recommend, your dealership to others.

    Had bad experience with service scheduler. I explained a check engine light was on and needed to get in for a reading. 2 weeks was her reply. When asked to talk to service manager was put on hold. When brought in pick- up was told may not be able to read code- really two weeks later of course after many starts code reset. I was very disapointed. They could not find problem and was told all seems good. Guess it self- healed. Thanks Jerry Jondahl. Main complaint is with scheduler.

    I was pleased with my experience with Randy, my salesman. He was very knowledgeably about the car I was buying and took the time to set up some of the features/apps for me. That saved me a lot of time and stumbling around to figure it out on my own. Luther Family was very friendly and accommodating.

    The service here is excellent, however, confusing if you are used to using a smaller mechanic. Also, while I love that my car was washed and front seats vacuumed, since it was only about 10 degrees outside that day my car was also frozen to the ground when I picked it up. All in all great servuce, very courteous staff and the shuttle ride was nice to be able to use.

    I needed an oil change and wanted an auto start put in my car and when Paul, service tech, asked what percentage my oil was at, he made special time to do both the oil change and put in the auto start the very next morning. I was very thankful for his willingness to work my car into his schedule!!

    They wer so nice to fit us in that day. Their schedule was full but they worked us in, gave my husband a ride to work, and the car was all clean and ready to go when promised. Awesome service!
