Upset with Scheduler

Had bad experience with service scheduler. I explained a check engine light was on and needed to get in for a reading. 2 weeks was her reply. When asked to talk to service manager was put on hold. When brought in pick- up was told may not be able to read code- really two weeks later of course after many starts code reset. I was very disapointed. They could not find problem and was told all seems good. Guess it self- healed. Thanks Jerry Jondahl. Main complaint is with scheduler.
