    Great people {Paul, Robin and others) to work with Helpful, friendly, willing to go out of their way to explain the problem and to accommodate -providing me with a vehicle during the duration I don't know of many workplaces that are this willing to provide assistance

    Jordan was great, but unfortunately due to a schedule conflict was bounced to another rep who was not very helpful, but then the third one was eventually helpful and the finally back to the start for the final sale. So I would say inconsistent in helpfulness and knowledge in options, quality control of total Experience was pretty low. Bought car but it was not fully cleaned, so wouldn’t say it was a bad experience just don’t think it was great. Looked like the cleaning job was rushed, and just the level of care seemed average.

    Overall it was a pleasant experience. Our salesman, Adam Heili was great to work with and helped a great deal with any questions that we had. I bought a truck in 2003 new from then Luther Selland and had a great experience then as well. I would definitely buy from Luther family in the future. The new Sierra I purchased is an awesome truck and something that I have wanted for some time. Thanks again to the crew at Luther family GMC for a great buying experience!

    They checked into my CPO Warranty, & the initial Buick factory wty. Turned out, I had 1 more free oil-change left!! Nice staff...that would take the time to check/verify that!

    Robb Reierson kept me very informed during the entire service event, which included a number of parts being replaced or repaired. He conveyed everything in lay person terms, which made me feel at ease and feeling very good about the work being done. Very professional.

    Everyone was very friendly, and Rod Tyson did an excellent job of explaining all the features that are in my new vehicle. I felt like I didn't have to rush home so I could read the owners manual!! He also mentioned right away about the CostCo program that just started and suggested that I upgrade my card so I was able to get in on the larger offer from them.

    In the spring my a/c wasn't cooling much so I brought it in and they couldn't find where it was leaking so they recharged it and put a color in with it. When I brought it yesterday, again it wasn't cooling and I could hear an air leaking sound. They found a hose that was leaking and had it repaired more quickly than the time they had estimated. Kevin is a great service advisor! Everything seems to run very efficiently in the service department.

    I just scheduled an oil change and a tire rotation, and they also did a lube job and washed the vehicle for no extra charge. They also performed a complete diagnostic and provided me with a list of recommended repairs. Even waiting is pleasant, due to the fully-equipped guest lounge with coffee, popcorn, three TVs, and ample seating. A great experience.

    I brought my truck in for a recall and it got done vey quickly. Rob Reierson even found a TSB on the transmission that he did while it was in there. I am very happy with the service I receive from Luther GMC

    Luther service dept. continues to overwhelm me by their desire to help and assist customer needs, as they provided service to me far above anything I have ever dreamed of. Rob Reierson leads the effort of his team to supply the customer with service beyond what a customer ever thinks possible. Keep up the GREAT work and I hope Luther management appreciates what Rob and his team does to foster better customer satisfaction. I know other car dealers in the area can't compare to Luthers Buick GMC Service dept. ... Thanks for Everything!!!

    I was able to get in at my appointed time. The problem was found quickly and I was told what repair/part was needed and how much it would be. I told them to go ahead and fix it! It didn't take long and they even washed my car! Awesome... thanks! I have auto start again and the warning light is gone!

    Hello My overall experience was good. I did notice that there were spots overlooked on the inside of my vehicle when the detailing was performed. I was disappointed by that. The rubber floor mats could have been cleaner too.

    I brought my truck in for a TSB right away in the morning. Rob introduced me to the service tech Derek that would be working on my truck. My appointment was for 9:30 and that's about when Rob called to tell me it was finished. They even washed the exterior before I picked it up. I am very happy how Rob listened to my concerns and was willing to do the TSB without any issues, many dealers just don't want to go through the hassle.
