    When I make appointments they are always prepared for my visit. Crescent Ford staff is pleasant and answers my questions. No pushy sales are ever done. I have been going to them since I moved to the area.

    We have bought several cars from this dealership. We always work with Jerry Bowen or Sam McCullock. They both go above and beyond with making the deals work and ensuring the cars we pick out are ready and clean when we leave. They always follow up to make sure we are satisfied and to ensure we don't have any questions regarding our purchase. We just purchased our 4th car there this week and will definitely see them again when we are ready to trade the other one. Would not think of going anywhere else as service is great and deals are in line with what we need and what we consider fair. Absolutely Wonderful!

    Though I am concerned about clutch and transmission problems on my Focus??? You got me a car to drive, and got my car fixed before I went to the beach, thanks. I would like to say that my first trip on the highway with my Focus was great! It rode great, and got 40 mpg

    Finally have the Satelite radio reception resolved after many trips over the past year. Just got back from upstate NY and didn't lose signal one time. Hope it lasts. Resolved about 4 months ago too but didn't last long. The folks at Crescent Ford have been great to deal with overall. Especially the sales rep Michael.

    My F-150 had some service issues one year after I bought it used from Crescent. I called and David Martin was very helpful in getting the truck to Crescent and getting it serviced. The service department was very friendly and helpful. On the down side I always feel over charged when taking a vehicle to any dealership and this case was no different.

    Service was performed in professional manner however have noticed a mechanical smell coming from engine compartment. Doesn'tseem to affect performance or drivability just strange odor at times. Cannot find any exhaust leaks anywhere.

    The oil change and tire rotation my Taurus received was quick and easy. Opening early on Saturday morning made it very convenient. I bought my car at Crescent and get all of my maintenance done there because their service is reliable and of the highest quality.

    This experience was good. I have had problems here before and was considering not coming back. It was irritating that I was told to come to the service center three different times and each time the problem was nit resolved and told they did not have the part in yet. After I been there for an hour. Why tell me to come back next week if u still don't have the part for my vehicle. Finally I decided to tell them to call me when the part came in because I easy tired of them wasting my time.

    We take our 2011 Fusion in twice a year for oil change and routine maintenance. The Crescent Ford Service Staff have been very helpful by recommending only needed service items. The car has always been ready when they said it would. We'll keep coming back.

    I brought my Windstar in due to a safety recall. Bob Brown, my service advisor, was very courteous and had the van inspected very quickly, actually in less than an hour. Fortunately, there were no problems that had to be corrected. I began dealing with Crescent Ford in 2009 and have always been pleased with my service advisors and the work that has been performed.
