A Good Experience

I brought my Windstar in due to a safety recall. Bob Brown, my service advisor, was very courteous and had the van inspected very quickly, actually in less than an hour. Fortunately, there were no problems that had to be corrected. I began dealing with Crescent Ford in 2009 and have always been pleased with my service advisors and the work that has been performed.
