First impression of the service department for my new car 5k mile visit: amazing! Shelby George was welcoming, friendly and helpful! Tire rotation and car wash was finished quickly!

by Slg on 10/26/2022Stranded in a parking lot with a truck that would not start. A technician quickly showed up after I called to boost off the truck. Escorted to the dealer and quickly learned the battery was bad. Replaced quickly and back on the road.I'd give cindy Bolton 10 stars.

On this visit I had a coupon for a free oil and filter change. Yea it wasn't free turns out it was a… $30.00 off coupon even though it said free while working on my truck the advisor approached me with $230.00 in additional work they claimed I needed.even after my 30 dollar coupon I was still charged $58.00. I will never go to Mike Johnsons Hickory Toyota again. My advice to future customers go to Charlotte or Statesville to purchase your Toyota but if you do buy here don't buy any add ons because you will get screwed over. I have 3 more of these phoney free coupons that will find the recycle bin.Cindy is Fantastic
