Worse customer service in catawba county

This dealership has given me the worse service since I purchased my vehicle in March 2017. They always try to upscale you every visit. On this visit I had a coupon for a free oil and filter change. Yea it wasn't free turns out it was a $30.00 off coupon even though it said free while working on my truck the advisor approached me with $230.00 in additional work they claimed I needed.even after my 30 dollar coupon I was still charged $58.00. I will never go to Mike Johnsons Hickory Toyota again. My advice to future customers go to Charlotte or Statesville to purchase your Toyota but if you do buy here don't buy any add ons because you will get screwed over. I have 3 more of these phoney free coupons that will find the recycle bin.
