Took the truck in and everything was done and I was out of there in… about an hour. This is why I traveled 40 miles to Hickory Toyota instead of using the local Toyota dealership where I live. I bought my truck from Hickory Toyota and they made me a much better deal than the folks here would have made.Oz is the guy!

There is no pressure from her to have any services completed. She explains… any future services that will be needed. She'll explain all costs before services are completed. We can trust that our 2010 Prius is in good hands there. She took care of a minor problem, found after we left the dealership, in fast time. We have to rate the dealership, and especially her, a 10 out of 10! She is an asset to the dealership!Service

He looked up the extended warranty policies that we had, printed them out for us, and helped us figure out when to use them. All… of the technicians were quick and efficient. Only downside was they were out of popcorn! :-)No pressure, just good service.

Service department is quickly attentive, listed out problems and gave estimates on each issue separately, and whether each problem was immediate need or if even necessary. Price was very reasonable and I was back toward home. It's definitely worth the drive to… let them service your Toyota. The old days of changing my own oil to save a few bucks are gone. I saved money and time going to Mike Johnsons.
