Cindy Bolton was our service advisor for our Prius's 160,000 mile services. She is a very friendly and knowledgeable person who explains needed services very well. There is no pressure from her to have any services completed. She explains any future services that will be needed. She'll explain all costs before services are completed. We can trust that our 2010 Prius is in good hands there. She took care of a minor problem, found after we left the dealership, in fast time. We have to rate the dealership, and especially her, a 10 out of 10! She is an asset to the dealership!
