    At Mark Ficken, they go above and beyond, they do not disappoint! I took my car in to get an oil change and fix a broken AC vent, they found a leak in my axle and noticed that my computer needed an up date and repaired and switched out my axle, which is not an easy job and updated the computer! They could have overlooked this big job, but chose to do the correct thing and repair the damage! I just LOVE how they treat their customers, and they are also great at giving us reports throughout the process! I wish they could teach their customer service skills to other industries, top notch!

    We were referred to Mark Fickin Ford to diagnose an engine noise and also complete two recalls on our 2020 Ford Escape. We had previously been quoted a 3 month wait to get in to see an Engine Tech at our local dealership. We were shocked and overjoyed to hear that we could get in in less than a week. It was while dropping off our vehicle that we were greeted by Cody Larigey. He listened to video of what we were experiencing, discussed our two recalls, and was extremely professional while also genuinely kind. What impressed us the most is that we were given a cell number to contact him with any concerns, but he gave us a timeline of when we would hear back from him with an update one way or the other. We understand that things take time, but also understand that being short a vehicle in a working family also requires planning ahead. He followed thru on when he assured us we would hear an update from him, and to our delight, informed us that our vehicle was ready for pickup. There is so much more we could say from our initial phone conversation with the receptionist (who was a sweetheart)… to the kind smile and greeting we received from the gentleman who took our keys and made sure to place plastic inside before any work was done to protect our interior. Not even a dirty fingerprint was left. Keep up the high standards, Mark Fickin Ford! There are people who really do appreciate you!

    Service was completed in the time frame I was told to expect. I was sent a video of the inspection of my fluids and filters. Very comfortable waiting area and friendly staff all around.

    A plastic part on the trank door was broken so I asked to fix at the purchase. They fixed it but now the door does not lock. I have to drive with warning sign on, now I need to take to a Nissan dealer. Makes me angry.

    Technician did a half-way job on the vehicle. Tech. did not clean behind him/herself while performing their tasks. splatter marks on the brake master cylinder reservoir, old coolant on the frame, electrical harness not properly clipped on, tire pressure light was on when the customer received the vehicle back, and was not on when the tech started working on it. Poor communication between service advisor and customer, the price quote given to customer was not clear enough. I WILL NOT recommend this service department to anyone.

    I needed my car serviced for 15,000 miles and had a tire that had been giving me issues. I needed it done within a week, so I could not get a loner; but, no problem getting an appointment where I just left the vehicle for the day. They did a good job keeping me posted on when it would be ready. All issues resolved and my service technician was able to get weather tech type floor liners for me. I had previously had problem getting these, so good job Kolton!
