onTechnician did a half-way job on the vehicle. Tech. did not clean behind him/herself while performing their tasks. splatter marks on the brake master cylinder reservoir, old coolant on the frame, electrical harness not properly clipped on, tire pressure light was on when the customer received the vehicle back, and was not on when the tech started working on it. Poor communication between service advisor and customer, the price quote given to customer was not clear enough. I WILL NOT recommend this service department to anyone.
